The last few months have been so much fun, and busy busy! I am learning to manage my time a little better, so they haven't been as crazy as usual, but I've neglected Spark, my Spark friends, and fitness in general.

So like everyone else on the planet, I'm making New Week Resolutions! These happen to coincide with the New Year, which is an added bonus!

I bought the Spark Activity Tracker, so my first resolution is to use it to keep me motivated to run/walk/dance/exercise. As soon as I get it, I'm going to experiment and see how it works with my various activities. I also bought a new scale, which is supposed to be very accurate, and it should arrive in a week or so. As soon as I get THAT, I'm going to weigh myself accurately and deal with the consequences of what happened to my fitness routine over the last two months!

I have a lot of resolutions, but I think this is not the place to post them, since some of them are personal. Suffice it to say I intend to be HERE more, to be more supportive of my SparkFriends, to participate in my teams, and to just generally surround myself with people who make fitness and achieving their goals a priority.
