well I am back to my sparkpeople account and I am doing this with my sister's encouragement and support and I am not being pushed into it and I am doing this to make me feel better... take little steps is what she said.. so im starting with logging in daily for 14 days wether I log or not.. then I will add another small step to that step and hopefully get on track and stay there!! Thanks Sister you are awesome and amazing and I love you very much!!

    We are in this journey together...and not quitting is the biggest GOAL we both have!!! :D

    I logged in today, and attached my Spark People Activity Tracker that I got for Christmas. That should help me with the log-in problem as it's fun to check in to see how many steps i'm at so far. :) I'm not doing anything out of the ordinary today as I want to see what an "average" day of steps is so that I can make my goals based on increasing that! :)

    I am a big believer in baby steps...small changes every day that you can live with permanently. I also like small bursts of activity throughout the day, keeps the calorie burn going all day long.

    You are doing this for the right reason so I know you will be awesome!
