wheee up and down on the food tracker. I just can't seem to stop sneaking those Christmas goodies. At least if I'm not baking the goodies should run out soon...I'm not bad about buying sweets but I am about baking them. I know I"m a carb addict but trying to track carbs on foods that I homecook is time consuming, so I"m just trying to cook healthier and not let left overs accummulate - to help prevent from filing the plate with too many things. Too many things really can run up the food calories. I'm trying to cook smaller portions and just overall healthier stuff

    I continue to struggle with cleaning my plate, I hate the thought of wasting food. I began using smaller plates, therefore smaller servings and its helped.
