Urghy wurghy.

My scale went UP.

Gained 2.5 lbs over Christmas....

Not going to let it get me down... not this time anyway!

    don't feel bad. I gained from mid October until Jan 1st... talk about falling off the path! ugh. I'd a bummer having to lose the same weight again. I plan on this being the last time I do that. :)

    I almost stepped on the scale this morning to see what kind of 'damage' I did over Christmas, but then I stopped myself. I am assuming I gained so I dont need to see it. Unfortunately I still give the scale too much power and I let the number determine my mood for the day. I'll wait til Monday, my usual weigh-in day!!

    Drink lots of water and I'm sure your extra couple of pounds will come right off!!

    You really did well overall. WW states that most people gain 8-10 pounds over the holiday. Some of the gain is the extra salt we get in our 'special' foods. Just hang in there and let's keep Sparkin'!!
