Back on Track

Here's the plan:
1. Work back up to walking 10,000 steps a day. I'm still recovering from surgery so I need to listen to my body and start slow and easy. Day by day I'll try to do just a little more.
2. Eat a healthy 1400 to 1500 calories per day. I'll track every mouthful so I'm not cheating.
3. Do something 'just for me' each day.
By the time our Winter 5% challenge starts I may have lost what I gained over Christmas (2 lbs) and then some. I love the emphasis on fitness during the challenges!
