Preparation for January Blitz

My Xmas blitz worked so well that I am preparing my next step.

1. 30 minutes of exercise each day.
2. Jog every second day.
3. Savour each bite.
4. Practise mindfulness.
5. Stick between calorie range.
6. Increase whole foods.
7. Practise gratitude.
8. Take time to rejuvenate and de-stress.
9. Drink more water.
10. Moisturise daily.
