Hi everybody,

I have been around, just not on here a lot with everything going on.
Next week is my appt with the cranial osteopath, so hopefully she will get the MRI ordered so we can get to the bottom of this. Eight months has been way too long to get to this point.. for that matter 12 years has been too long. The pain level goes between a 2 and 3 on most days, with no relief by anything.
I see my PCP tomorrow, and then have a follow-up with the functional medicine doctor for my fibromyalgia. I started using the d-ribose powder twice a day, and that seems to be helping greatly. When I ran out of it, the fibro pain level started increasing, so I made sure to order it so it was at the house when we got home from vacation at the beginning of the month.
I started using NAC from the doctor's suggestion. I do not notice any significant differences at this time, but do not want to stop it yet. I have done some research, and it seems to be something researchers are looking at as being helpful for fibromyalgia. That would be great if I could get off the Lyrica and using something natural in time, and have good control over the pain.
I bought the SparkTracker and have been using it for a week now. I like that it automatically logs the cardio time on the site, so all I need to add is my weight training. It is also amazing to compare different days' results. Some days I do more steps than days I do the treadmill. I have a long ways to go to get the 10,000 steps per day according to it, but I will find a way.
