Readjusting my course with a little help from Pepper

Yesterday was the culmination of my mini slide. Three days of not eating the best, not fitting in snippets of exercise, and I did not pack my lunch yesterday. Having said that - my mini slide is notihing like my past behaviors with food. For example, I ate lunch in the work cafeteria yesterday - and did not get chips or a soda with my pannini (sp?). I even had a few slices of tomato added to it!
Over the past few days, I have not been:
Eating my fruit and veggies
Doing my snippets of exercise
Tracking my food
Not planning my food for work
In the past - I would have said - well what the heck, I already messed up. I will restart in New Years.
This morning I hit the reset button.
Made a nice healthy breakfast
Packed my lunch
Getting my fruit and veggies in
Worked out for 10 minutes
Will walk for 15 minutes at lunch
Every day, every minute you can make a different choice and get back on track. Oh - Pepper is my dog and she helped out by eating the lemon bars and other cookies last night while we were sleeping - got rid of that temptation for me.
