I read an interesting article on Saturnalia - some of the other holidays I wasn't familiar with.

And after visiting with my mom, I took Java for a walk - or maybe more accurate to say she dragged me around and I used a walking stick to help control for snow and ice. Thankfully I didn't fall, although the walk took about ten minutes longer. You know, tippy toeing around the patches of ice to get to the drier parts of the road. Afterwards, I got a picture of my twinkle toes Spark Tracker. It's anyone's guess if I'll actually get to sync today. I went for a walk yesterday morning, after we found out services were canceled, and that info never did sync. Evidently the procedure works better when I reinstall the software. Then it's all 'new' again. I walk by the computer and tap the tracker and the computer just ignores us, until I uninstall and reinstall. But... Since it was a reject being sold at Amazon, I guess I get what I pay for.

When I want my SPAT to "sync" I sit down and cross my leg so the tracker is near the dongle. Most times within 15-20 seconds the dongle starts to :flicker" and I get the pop-up saying that it's synced. Occasionally I do have to tap it near the Tracker.
