I guess this year I will make resolutions..
(But it's more like a coincidence than anything :) and it's still just the same old, but hopefully I'll be better at it.)
My crazy day shifts are over starting today!!! I feel such a relief, I don't have words for it. Just thinking about not getting up with the alarm clock tomorrow (at 6:30 am after a short night) and I'm almost in tears. To spend the day with my boyfriend and cats.. ... ... ...
I have a couple days off next week re this christmas thing and I plan to sleep and sleep and sleep all I can. That's my first resolution, ahaha :)
Starting tomorrow I stop to eat all that crap, since today is already spoiled ;) and plan on taking back my good ole healthy habits. I'll throw all I have that's not good in my cubicule in the GARBAGE! (yeah, even if it's new or full..)
I never have time for anything so I will have to MAKE time for everything that's important I do, like for example counting my calories and at least take walks.. I let myself go and now it sucks and i'm tired of it so I will take things in hands. Right now I feel like I hate the gym and never want to go back and that I'm lazy and all that stuff. I know I won't always feel that way so I try to be patient :) One thing at the time.
I look foward to January and 2014. I'd love to make things happen this time. Happy winter!
