Girlfriend time is wonderful!

My last vacation day & I spent it with my girlfriend. We went to Peddlers Village - a beautiful area of 70 shops...cobblestone walkways...just a fun place to visit. Got in 6000 steps alone from our trip & enjoyed a fun day of shopping, talking, low carb eating and laughing. Friendship is so good for the soul!

Now time for dinner and later hitting the elliptical. So nice having energy again. 40 pounds ago and I would be wiped out right now! I can only imagine how I'll feel when I lose the 100 I have to go!
