I officially hit 50 pounds lost in total since starting my journey at the end of June. My doctor was completely shocked and said that instead of weight loss surgery , he thinks I can get down to 150 on my own. I ran, well jogged slowly, for 30 minutes Monday and today. That's amazing for me! Hoping to run a 5k in April when they start up around here again. Going to work on speed and just getting used to running comfortably.
