Even through doing the holiday challenge, I have noticed a lack of motivation to exercise. I have only been getting exercise in once or twice a week instead of 5 days. I also noticed I have started being more lax on tracking food. On the bright side, I have completed two 5ks the past two weekends. Plus I have finished my Christmas shopping before the week before Christmas.

Lately things have been a whirlwind for me. I have decided to go back to graduate school. Not for teaching but for history. There are still a number of variables floating around that are throwing me a loop. Like how I am going to pay for grad school, how bad my families' reaction going to be for me changing my mind yet again, where I am going to live, whether I can make it with a masters in history. This is a nice curve ball to throw on top holiday craziness. So I am really going to have to get back to the grind and keep my workout dates and track everything (which is hard with all the homemade stuff that you don't know exactly what is in it) and I am going to have to face my family and tell them about grad school and I am going to have figure out how to pay for grad school.
