My I hate to blog blog

So this week we are supposed to be focusing on our getting out of our comfort zone so I am picking blogging. Now let me clarify I like to blog as long as its about software, my pets, my kids anything but me. Especially how I am feel and all that emotionally stuff. I have no idea why but every time a challenge is about blogging I would rather do 100 push ups, sit ups, and squats instead. Am I afraid of what people will think or say ? I do have horrible spelling skills. My accomplishment this round of BLC was better tracking than I have ever done, 12 week streaker , faster half marathon and part time juicer. To continue my journey I must get better with nutrition. I need healthier recipes and choices consistently and to add strength training to my fitness and to keep up my cardio. So there it is my blog emoticon Ok it wasn't that bad....

    Nutrition is my biggie too Carrie. While I have come MILES on this journey there is yet much ground to cover. I am going to attempt to make a few new steps forward in the new year with regards to personal cooking at home and quality food choices.

    Congratulations on sticking your neck out! I agree that BLC isn't all about weight loss. I too struggle with tracking, and the only ST I've ever enjoyed was resistance bands. I'm totally impressed that you're a half-marathoner - and you've even increased your speed. Congratulations too from a fellow streaker; we just have 2 more days to complete! (And, no, not planning to take time off from this during the break between rounds).
