    Thanks for the recipes I booked marked them to see which one's I will make.
    I like your 7 steps to happiness it is just what I needed to read because it applies to me right now as I am going through some changes in my life.
    1. Smile more, I am since I changed from frumpy sweat pants to being dressed up every day, makes me feel good about me.
    2 .Listen more to my inner self as there are many times I want to do something or change something about me,but do not follow through now I am listening more to my thoughts & acting on them.
    3. I am starting not to judge myself so critically & accepting my needs that I desire to make me happy
    4. I am doing more instead of saying "oh I should, "but that is as far as it would get
    5. I am doing better at not judging myself in a critical manner, and doing more about myself
    6. Watching less of tv & less of being on the computer & doing more in organizing my life
    7.Letting go of the past not fearing it , & loving /embracing my life now
