Weigh - In -- 15Dec13

Was the same last week, and up a pound this week.

Don't know what keys I hit wrong, but the computer ate my blog, so this will be short.

Next week's goals --- The same since I didn't do well with them the past couple weeks, except for the water and exercise. Exercise streak is at day 348 today.

Better nutrition -- more freggies

Staying within the calorie range

Continue drinking my water

Continue at least 10 minutes of cardio a day

Get to bed before 10:45 p.m. -- Gonna try to move it up a bit

And add to that -- be more faithful doing the nutrition tracking

And --- get rid of some of the clutter around the cooktop.

    emoticon Each week I go through the same thing you are but I know mine is due to a very weak thryoid. wonder if yours is due to a medical issue not being picked up

    May I ask how tall are you? I went to your page and saw your weight and it really doesn't look like you are fat by any means.

    Glad you are keeping your exercise up. After the holidays the rest may be easier.
