Fitbit Found & Oil Shootout (Purty Colors)

Saturday, December 14, 2013

I guess it all does come out in the wash, cause that's where I finally found my Zip. This may sound weird but when it was lost I noticed I wasn't as excited about my walks, especially shorter ones. Reunited...and it feels so good!

Also found this cool oil comparison chart when looking up calories in a bag (not a cup) of microwave popcorn. For those curious about 270 (Butter).

It's over at

Also back to food journaling. After finding a pound this week, weird but probably dehydrated, it seems to be helping me see that there's no way in he*l I can be hungry when I think I am. Not when you see all you've eaten in blue and white and even the journal starts to sag. I know, I think it's time to renew my literary license.

Have a great weekend y'all!

So happy you found your Fitbit! I know having a pedometer really helps motivate me. I was having problems with an older model falling off all the time so I made sure my Omron has a cord I can attach to my jeans belt loop. When not wearing jeans I clip the Omron to my underwear waistband. My slacks waistband helps hold it nice and safely snug. Good luck keeping track of it for the future! Such a cute color! Love it!

I love my Fitbit but it falls off so often. Fitbit has been known to replace them but when I lost my Fitbit Ultra last year it had to pay half price to get a One. Lost it on thanksgiving day and I didn't find it for three days even though. Knee it was in the house. Like I said I love the thing but I get so upset when it is missing that someone's I am not sure if it is worth it.

emoticon So glad to hear you found your fitbit!! I lost my 2nd sparkpeople fitness tracker in 3 months, so no more. I do miss the motivation but I'm not forking out any more money.
Wishing you nothing but success in the 2014!!
