weary but moving toward rest 5.12.07

It was a tough week, not nearly enough sleep, water or exercise. Personal life is distracting me from my goals. So I'm spending time checking in with my team to help me get back on track. These women are phenomenal, inspirational and have a great sense of humor.

It's also Mother's Day weekend and I miss mom more than usual; but she is always with me, even on my sparkpage.

I continue to lose weight and hope to make my Memorial Day goal of 16 lbs. Another reason to escalate. In any event, I feel physically awesome (albeit sleepy) and I am climbing those 3 flights of stairs with more energy and less puffing, even with the dreaded 14 lbs of kitty litter. I've also lost 3% body fat, which is even more thrilling, 'cause that means muscle is replacing the fat!

I contine to "meet" great people here and be impressed. Rarely have I experienced such a sense of common purpose and community from folks I don't know.
