Monday, December 09, 2013

Which will put me at 155, which is only 34 pounds from what I weigh right now!!
I will be 55 next May, 24th and with the help of my Slytherin friend's and The Steely Sapphire Soldiers I think I can get pretty close! and my other Two teams Urban Rebounding Let's Bounce and HulaHoop All Star's!

1. Quickfire Challenge everyday thanx, to Ravenfaery and Leepfrog!
2. Drink 64 oz. of Water or Unsweetened Tea
3. Only 2 cups of Coffee!!
4. Take my Folic Acid and Iron Pill everyday, which I should be doing anyway!! ;o)
5. Rebounding 10 Min. broken up into 5-2 minute sessions for a week
6. Hula Hooping 10 Min. twice a day!!

OK This what I have done and plan on doing again!!

And 20 Minutes a day for the month of December, with Wednesdays off will give me 400 Minutes for the month!!

I was lucky enough to be revisited by my Spark yesterday as I decided to keep walking after my "planned" 2 miles. It felt great and I was shocked. I lost my Spark around May and have been struggling since then. And then yesterday happened. It felt great, made me feel great inside, and I loved the workout... even my weight training!

I know you can do this because you are planning ahead, which is something I stepped away from because it felt like too much stress. Now I WANT to do it... after the rain quits as it is 82 degrees outside right now. Grrrr!

    Enjoy your day!

You are focussed and the goal is in sight!

You are so right; surrounded by your friends and teammates support, you CAN and you WILL accomplish this!

More than the # on the emoticon is to keep focusing on the real prize which is a fit, healthy and happy YOU when you reach 55 and far beyond! emoticon
