Improvements I have noticed

The scale hasn't really changed as much as I would like and today's exercise comes at a good time. It feels discouraging to not have progress for a couple of weeks. But I am imagining myself in a world where everything is weightless, and these are the things I have noticed.
1. more energy-lots more
2. less pain- that is a real bonus
3. I am sleeping better and feel more rested.
4. I am more positive and feel in more control over my food choices.
5. I look healthier and younger than I did a few weeks ago. My skin is doing better.
That seems like a really good line up! I have to say that this week I almost
enjoyed the exercise that I did.
