Not too long til 2014

Been getting back into my routine of yoga and exercise in the mornings and it did help my mood. Was pretty tired today and ended up sleeping past six. Long day of work ahead, hoping to get through it and it is H O T outside so I need plenty of water!

I didn't realise I was only meant to weigh myself weekly on here but I did go up again today. I guess it is a good way to keep me focussed. Not in the best mood right now but grateful to be awake, alive and to keep going.
