Oh the Weather Outside is Frightful

Monday, December 09, 2013

We got 12 inches of snow yesterday. UGH. I hate snow. I'd be happy living somewhere where I could park myself on a beach daily, soak up the warm rays and dip my toesies in the water (appropriately covered in sun screen). Snow and I are not friends. I don't think its fun, or pretty. I think it's cold and makes commuting a craptastic experience.

And tomorrow we are forecasted to get another 4 to 6 inches. UGH.

emoticon I'm mentally on my beach.

I did make it down to Baltimore this morning for my 3-month check. The good news is that I DON'T have to have surgery on my lady-bits. My medical oncologist prescribed premerin and gave me two new dialators. He said that he doesn't do that sugery because it just causes more scar tissue and it is painful and hard to recover from (OUCH!). emoticon

I am missing the gym. I haven't been in over a week. Last week I was sick. This week isn't looking promising. BOO.

I need to get my workout on!!!

So glad to hear what your doctor said! No surgery is great! Sorry about the snow. I like watching it fall, but hate getting out in it!

    Drive safe out there!!

Your distaste for snow is shared by me! After living in the North for most of my life my husband and I finally decided to move to the middle South. I don't miss the large amounts of snow at all.

That is great that you don't have to undergo surgery. Hopefully the premarin and dilators help you.

    Enjoy the beach!
