Week 4

Monday, December 09, 2013

Only a .4 loss this week...ugh. At least it was not a gain...especially this time of year. So I'll keep plugging away. One day at a time with the food. I had the women in the family over to watch the new Sound of Music. It was a very nice night. I made brownies and cookies and put out grapes and cheese and apple slices with crackers and pretzels. It was nice. We had Joe's Christmas party on Saturday. That was nice to get dressed up. I did enjoy my new red dress ;-). I haven't worn a red dress in many years. You do feel special in a red dress. So the new week is starting. We are decorating the tree tonight. Today is getting the house back in order from the weekend. I am going to Zumba tonight. Yay! Love it! Hope my Sparkies are well!

Great you had such a nice time. Losing .4 isn't bad. You've been doing really good and your body is probably adjusting to all of the weight you have lost so far.

I'm so glad you wore a red dress during the party. Nothing better than feeling special.

Remember that those small losses add up. emoticon

Ahh brings back memories of when I used to do girls night with my younger sisters. We'd watch three movies back to back while enjoying finger foods and of course popcorn. One of the movies was "Fried Green Tomatoes" and every time afterwards when we got together someone would shout out "Twanda". I hope you've seen that movie to understand that, LOL

I'm sure you felt sexy in that red dress. Reflecting back I did feel special when I wore red as tended to lean toward black a lot.

emoticon Bet it looks fabulous & festive!
