Just last week I increased my walking goal from 250 to 500 miles by March. This may be a bit of a stretch but with my goal of walking a minimum of 8000 steps per day, I think I can do it.

This morning I was all geared up and ready to go but the biting cold wind kept me from going too far. I did get in a little over a mile and intend to walk in the office building during my lunch hour.

Thurs. 3.2 miles
Friday 2.8 mile
Sat. 2.8 miles
Sunday 3.5 miles.

325.52 miles to go.
