12/8 and loss!

I splurged and bought a new scale today and I'm in love with it. I haven't been on a scale since I've been to the doctors 2 months ago. My other one just wasn't accurate. You'd gain or lose 10 pounds depending on how you'd lean. I've had a total of an 8 pound weight loss since then...only recently just really actively exercising, though.

I've also had inch loss in the hips, thighs and waist. I don't really pay much attention to tracking other parts of my body.

This is the progress that keeps me going! It motivated me tonight, on my rest day, to exercise 30 minutes on the elliptical. I need to start implementing some strength training into the mix soon, though, to mix up my workout. This is the extra boost I needed! emoticon
