Well, that means it's weigh-in day. I'm starting my own personal challenge to lose 5 pounds before Christmas because I would like to be in Onederland for the holidays. I'm starting at 201.3 pounds so losing 5 would put me at 196.3. That's actually lower than I was at the end of the summer 5% challenge so I know I can do this.
My plan is to continue to eat breakfast every day, drink 8+ cups of water every day, exercise for at least 10 minutes every day, eat 4 or more freggies per day and get 6-8 hours of sleep per night. The freggies and sleep are new goals that want to develop into habits like eating breakfast and drinking water have become.
I realize I might not lose all 5 pounds in two and a half weeks, but it sets a good number to work for. The actual goal is to reach Onederland but I'd like to have the cushion and set myself up for more success.
