How to loose pounds in a supermarket!

I have talked before about belonging to Anytime Fitness. One of my favorite supermarkets is next door. I show up at a late hour and walk the perimeter of the store not purchasing anything. I look for foods that are healthy and will add variety to my regular fare. I look for bargains and new stuff I haven't cooked before. To integrate variety I walk outside around the entire strip mall and parking lot. Just to restore order to my little universe I retrieve far flung carts for the store. then I will go into the gym and do my upper body workout, and focus on balance. (Bosu ball with hand weights) I like the eliptical and the "toys" in this place.
There are usually only one or two people there when I show up.

I watched the Sunday football game again on a treadmill at AnyTime Fitness. I then did 35 minutes in the fourth quarter on an eliptical. The EAGLES won and pulled a win out in the second half in 8" of snow. Much better than watching it at a sports bar!
