I passed a friend of mine this afternoon and he didn't even recognize me. He said that ever since I "slimmed down" he don't recognize me. I guess he was used to seeing me fat (205 lbs.) I must admit it was a really good feeling to have someone compliment me like that especially now that the scale is being stubborn. I am really consistent in my workouts and I'm trying to get at least two workouts in for the day since I'm on vacation; but even that's not always easy when you have errands to run. Anyways here's how this week has being so far in terms of my workouts:
Sunday afternoon: Insanity Max Interval Sports training
Monday morning: Insanity Pure cardio
Monday afternoon: Gym
Tuesday morning: Morning Run
Tuesday afternoon: ( I had to travel)
Wednesday morning: Insanity Max Cardio conditioning
Wednesday afternoon: Gym
Thursday morning: Rest (sore muscles from my strength training on Wed.)
Thursday afternoon: Gym
Tomorrow's workout: Morning Run
Afternoon: Insanity Core cardio and balance.
My goal is to reach 1500-1800 December minutes and I'm going to go for it!!!!!!
Now it's time for a hot bath and heading to bed; gotta get ready for tomorrow's workout.
