Food plan:
Wed - Salmon (it was yummy)
Thur - Roasted chicken and vegetables
Fri - out for BIL's b-day
Sat - out for Andrew's soccer party
Sun - out for our Christmas block party
Mon - Chicken wraps made from the leftover roast chicken
Tues - Tilapia

Exercise plan:
Wed - walk with dogs and 25 sit ups, push ups and jump squats
Thur - walk with dogs and 25's incorporated into TT
Fri - 5k (possibly more, I'm volunteering in school office so depends on time)
Sat - Walk and a run
Sun - 5k
Mon - Walk and MM
Tues - walk the dogs and a run

My obstacles will be to make sure I'm eating healthy on all the nights out. I also am working on my attitude and how I react to my kids when they don't do what I want. There has been too much yelling, by me and by my kids and I have not been a good example. I have to show them that it can be done!!!!
