Starting over

Tuesday, December 03, 2013

I am somewhat disappointed in myself but I'm not ready to throw in the towel just yet. For the last two weeks, life has gotten the better of me. I have gotten so busy and so stressed out that I forgot to take care of myself. I gained some weight back that I had lost (about 3-4 pounds) but it could have been much worse. I am, once again, just shy of being in Onederland and it is my goal to be back there by Christmas.

I have reworked my start page with new goals and motivators. I have a reward in mind for when I reach my goals. And I'm getting my plan together for how I will do this. For now, I'm happy to report that drinking water and eating a good breakfast have become habits so I'm ready to really work a new goal. DRUM ROLL PLEASE!! I will work on getting 4+ servings of fruits and veggies per day by having one or the other (or both) at every meal.

So, look out Onederland, I'm coming to stay. I enjoyed my visit and I have decided that I would like to be there permanently.

Awesome attitude. I, too, have had some missteps and life has thrown its share of curveballs. Not giving up is a big step toward reaching our goals. You already have some god habits forming. Keep it up!
