Day 4 - Pushing past obstacles.

Tuesday, December 03, 2013

This has been an upside down kind of day. I did not get a solid 8 hours sleep emoticon and it was interrupted by about 2 hours of tossing and turning. I really hate those nights!

When I finally did get up I had a headache. emoticon I could have very easily stayed home and slept, but I got myself moving. It is almost the end of the day and I still have a bit of the headache.

How this affected me today - I did not eat breakfast emoticon . Hate skipping any meals, especially breakfast. That is my favorite meal of the day, and it does not matter what I choose to eat on any given day... I just love breakfast.

I have been so busy at work, but with my brain as thick as sludge emoticon it has not been fun. I am ready to hit the road right now, but unfortunately I can't, I have another hour to go. I think If I had a cup of coffee all of this would change but ... noooo coffee with Macrobiotics. Boy do I miss that morning cup of coffee too! emoticon

I managed to get on line during my lunch hour and get my food logged in for the day. emoticon Now... I am just taking a break and writing. I needed to get away from spreadsheets and problem solvoing for a few.

So far... so good! I have made it through the majority of the workday, stuck to my food plan, set up my dinner menu so I am on a roll in spite of how my head feels. I do know, I will most likely be asleep fairly early tonight. Although, I still have a load of towels and whites to fold. Well, not going to beat myself up over this, I will ge done what I can get done... there is always tomorrow!

Having a blessed day in spite of the headache... emoticon

emoticon emoticon !!! You definitely have the right idea. UGH...spread-sheets. I remember my accounting/bkk days of staring at way too many spreadsheets. Hope your day continued to turn around.
