Determination on vacation

Even though we have left Canada and are on vacation in Texas, I am going to try my best to stay on course. Dinners we are making in our timeshare. I bought lots of beef, a huge bag of mixed, organic frozen veggies, and a large spinach salad that we finished yesterday. Right now I am browning beef, then sautéing onions and mushrooms which I will finish by braising in organic, gluten free, low sodium beef stock.
The time share we are staying at is beautiful. The unit is very large and comfortably furnished, but I didn't get Texan weather right. It is too cold to swim in the pool and there is no fitness room. Yesterday I had hubby drive me to a WalMart on our way back from Fredericksburg, TX and I bought a WATP 30 day Walk Off set that I am really excited about. This morning I did the first 30 minute cardio and it was hard - I think we are at a higher altitude than home.
I will do a WATP every morning that we are at this time share (next week we switch to a different timeshare that has an indoor pool and fitness room). I need to bump up my weight loss whether I am on vacation or not!!!
I am not being perfect - having more wine, trying a beer for lunch. But I refuse to just go wild. I will stay on track!
