I have not written here in quite a long time, so I feel it is time...
Why I am still heavy...
Yes, I have lost over 30 pounds as I stated in my last post, however, I have gained some of that back. I am still at a size 10, but as usual, I struggle with losing more... I also struggle with eating healthy ALL the time... I love cheese and I refuse to give up my Tillmook cheddar cheese, especially since I found out that there is less sodium in it than American cheese...
I can't seem to get myself to eat more vegetables... I have started eating Tofu though and found a cool recipe online for a Tofu shake (malt)... The only difference is, I do not put honey... Just half of the Tofu and some frozen mixed berries I buy from Trader Joes... It is very delicious... This past spring I did my first 10K... WOW! I was tired and sore afterwards too... I need to work up to that... It is difficult... Why do I always quit halfway through my weight loss... I give up when I can't lose any more instead of trying harder... At least I know why some people have someone (a trainer) to push them... Heck... A year ago, I was a personal trainer and could not get anyone to hire me though... Now, I can't get anyone to hire me as Graphic Designer/Web Developer... Why???? I got laid off from Countrywide over four years ago, and it is still very, very difficult for me to get a job.... ALL my friends get one it seems like really fast...
My dream is to get down to at least a size 8 and to start working as a Graphic Designer/Web Developer!
