November in Review & December Goals

Here is my synopsis of November:
1)To lose 5 lbs this month (not accomplished, instead I gained!)
2)To keep track of my food/carbs and water on a daily basis. (sporadically done)
3)To blog once a week about how I did that previous week and how to amend my goals so that I can be successful the next week. (I didn't do this either)
4) Drink 6+ cups of water (most days accomplished)
5) Eat 3+ freggies daily (DONE - the only goal I did)
6) Exercise for at least 10 min a day (Unfortunately I did this too sporadically)

For December I will be more diligent.
1) Lose 15 lbs
2) Keep track of my Carbs daily
3) Drink 6+ cups of Water daily
4) Eat 3+ Freggies daily
5) Exercise for 15+ minutes DAILY!!!

All I want for Christmas is to get back my motivation and resolve and lose those unwanted pounds!!!

    These are busy times just before the holidays, so don't be too hard on yourself. You have set some good goals for December and have something to focus on and aim for. emoticon

    If you find your motivation, check to see if mine is hiding with it!
    Good goals for December - now the hard part is staying consistent with them. That's definitely my problem.
