November in Review & December Goals

Here is my synopsis of November:
1)To lose 5 lbs this month (not accomplished, instead I gained!)
2)To keep track of my food/carbs and water on a daily basis. (sporadically done)
3)To blog once a week about how I did that previous week and how to amend my goals so that I can be successful the next week. (I didn't do this either)
4) Drink 6+ cups of water (most days accomplished)
5) Eat 3+ freggies daily (DONE - the only goal I did)
6) Exercise for at least 10 min a day (Unfortunately I did this too sporadically)
For December I will be more diligent.
1) Lose 15 lbs
2) Keep track of my Carbs daily
3) Drink 6+ cups of Water daily
4) Eat 3+ Freggies daily
5) Exercise for 15+ minutes DAILY!!!
All I want for Christmas is to get back my motivation and resolve and lose those unwanted pounds!!!
