In Reverse

Monday, December 02, 2013

Seem to have adopted an "I don't care " attitude. I guess the events of the last month have taken a toll. I really need to pull myself out of this slump!! Grieving has gone on long enough. Debbi wouldn't want me to torpedo everything I have achieved so far. She would be the first to say "enough!"
Time to get out of reverse mode and move forward. I know I can do this!

I am where you were at the time you wrote this blog now. I am really trying not to gain the weight back, but I know I need to get myself back on track before I lose myself in this unhealthy eating and lack of exercising.

When I'm having a difficult time like this, I have to allow myself to go thorough the emotions. After that, I find a new inspiration to focus on a get myself back on track. Find a spark and go for it. emoticon
