5 kilos less by March 15

Just set myself a new goal. Five kilos less by March 15. That should be an attainable goal. It's under a pound a week. Under 2 kilos a month. On the other hand I can't seem to lose more than a kilo at all. Oh, well.
On March 16 I have a retreat where I'll be meeting some people who haven't seen me in months. I want them to say hey you've lost weight!
So now I'm 83 and I want to be 78 by March 15! Yay!
