Day 3 of my Walk away the pounds 30 day challenge, My legs feel like jello from all the squats I have done, but I am going to keep at it this time, I will blog when I can and keep you all posted on my progress, sometimes I am slow to keep up with sparkpeople, but I will do my best no excuses this time,, (THIS WEIGHT NEED TO LEAVE MY BODY) this time for good,,,
