Day 1 of the Advocare 24 Day Challenge

I have been taking Advocare products off and on for two years. I love the products. I am starting my 4th 24 Days Challenge today. The last three I always cheat towards the end and I never get back on. I do not want to do that this time.

I started my day with Spark and catalyst. Breakfast was a smoothie made with spinach, half an apple, half a pear, half a banana and half a cup of pineapple with some rehydrate and nopalina (which is a flax seed blend). I also had two hard-boiled eggs, just the egg whites.

The first 10 days of the challenge is the cleanse phase. During these 10 days you cannot eat no fried foods, sugar, white bread or white rice, alcohol. You need to eat eight to ten servings of veggies and fruits, drink lots of water at least 8 glasses. Basically eat very clean. emoticon
