This weekend is not turning out like I would have liked

Saturday, November 30, 2013

Good morning; DH has been bragging all week that with Weight Watchers he is losing so fast. Really he has been driving me crazy. He just came back from WW and barely lost anything. He is in a mood. I have seen this before when he does not lose like he has expected. I have decided to go to the show by myself b/c now he just wants to watch old movies. He says he will clean his home office. I expected to go for some walks or such. This weekend just has not turned out- he is moody. The older he has gotten the moodier he is and I rather do something else. It is a lovely day outside and I would not stay in the house. I still have stuff to do to get ready for my son coming tomorrow, but I wanted to get out of the house for at least part of the day. Old grumpy wants to stay home.
TG I am independent and just do things without him when he does not want too.
have a good day!!!

And men say women are moody! LOL

Personally I am so happy I am on my own. This is just one of the 1000 reasons I am grateful to be truly independent.

Good for you for getting out and doing some of the things that you wanted to do.

sorry things have not turned out the way you planned, but shoot they never seem to work out for me either, I try not to plan too much, hate to be dissappointed emoticon

That's the only way to handle it . . . do it on your own. I do that too. I don't have to be in a mood just cuz DH is, and am definitely going to get done what needs doing with or without him! I hear you.
