Yeah Holidays over!

Day one of the Dolvett's plan. I am super excited.. I had some egg whites, tomato, and a banana. It was good breakfast. I feel very satisfied. I had fun making the chicken salad last night for this lunch. I have to work today so I made all my food last night for today. It is a good tip to make all your food and be prepared! I think being prepared is the best way to stay on track. I am so happy I did not over indulge this Thanksgiving. I feeling excited about Dolvett's plan and it is just a nice and easy approach.

I cant wait to work out later today when I get off work. It has been a week. I had an accident last week and feel down running with my dog last Sunday. I am finally feeling good. My chin was so swollen and bruised. I was not really in the mood to do anything except lay down keep ice on my chin and put neosporin on chin.

Well so happy it is Saturday! The sun is shinning! It is definitely something to be happy about and it is warmer. It has been so cold in Indiana for weeks. It feels more like winter already. :( Can't wait to see what today holds!

    I was thinking of you the other day - I purchased Woman's First Dec. Edition and that had a featured article of Dolvett' s in their for strength training arms with the resistance band easy and economical ! I happy that your thanksgiving went well - good for you - I make hard boiled egg whites by placing 6 Tbls. of whites in my egg poacher and steaming - just a thought - Hugs Karen emoticon
