Blessings & Day 2

Saturday, November 30, 2013

I am on my way, feeling good about my decisions and grateful to my G_d for keeping so close and never letting me go, opening the right doors at the right time, and answering prayer in ways I never would have imagined.

I posted a few Macrobiotic recipes today, and Veganized an Artichoke dip recipe. I love to cook, and I think I am definitely a wanna be chef. My daughter got all excited when I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition urging me to develop my talents for cooking even further and go on the Food Network to become the Next Food Network Star. Nice dream... but really not in my plans. I am planning out a blog though. I am very excited about that. As I said, I am a "wanna-be chef" and what better way to get myself out there than to create a blog. I have started reading lots of popular blogs, making notes, collecting do's and don't suggestions in writing blogs... very helpful stuff.

Truly grateful to my counselor for her support and encouragement. Won't she be surprised to learn that I made the decision to come back to SP. In my last session, she offered to work with me and get me through the "issues" I have regarding losing weight. It is definitely a protection mechanism for me and I need to let this go! I know she is an answer to prayer and that my G_d is totally listening to me. I fall deeper in love with Him every day!

Have a Blessed Day Everyone!!!
