P90x day three

Today was rough getting out of bed. I am sore. I am not complaining it is kinda of a good hurt, but is seriouly slowing me down. The soreness is reminding me i have muscles that i haven't used in a long time. When I warmed up and streched the pain subsided and i was able to complete my third workout. Feeling pretty good about that. Well 3 down and 87 to go.
