Tired. Tired All the Time

Wednesday, November 27, 2013

Let me take this two minute opportunity to bitch and moan. Over the last two months or so, I've become steadily more tired. All. The. Time. It's really starting to piss me off. I get plenty of sleep, I have made that a priority now. But still. Tired. I'm not sure if it is seasonal yuck, since we are in the darkest part of the year (Autumn Equinox-Yule) and the sun is waning (the days are shorter) or if there is just something physically wrong with me. I have a headache too. Rant over.

And if you don't like swearing don't bother reading my blog. I do it frequently and I'm not going to stop for your gentle sensibilities.

Ok, so I figured that one out. It was a mix of things. Mostly seasonal depression/yuck and boredom at work. I'm usually so wired and everywhere I mistook mind-numbing boredom for sleepiness. Also started taking a multivitamin. I feels better. Thanks ppls.

Maretide, you are probably lacking some vitamin or mineral, being tired all the time is not normal! Have you had any blood testing done. Your thyroid could be out of whack, your iron or B12 or Vitamin D could be low. You could indeed be suffering from SAD! Increase your Vit D lab studies show that near everyone is low on this Vit. Maybe a multi vitamin would help. Another energy sapper is Depression. My best advice is a trip to the Doctor, better to know and treat than to feel this tired all the time!
Now that my rant is over I will send some positive energy your way, hoping you feel energized soon!

I don't mind your swearing. Artists are special people - near & dear to my heart. I hope that you find out why you're tired all the time. That must be so frustrating. Are you eating properly? Are you truly restful when sleeping? Is everything ok? Just a few questions that come to mind. I hope this the Autumn Equinox & you'll be better soon.
