Mini Goal Reached!

At the begining of my journey, I set out some mini weight loss goals for myself. They're stated on my sparkpage if you're curious. It's basically celebrating 10% losses. The next one is my last 10% though. I know enough to know the closer I am to my goal weight, the harder it will be to lose. So, after this last 10% (roughly 10 lbs), I'm switching to 5 lbs. For me, reaching these mini goals helps motivate me.
I know we all struggle with motivation. We've looked for it everywhere, and sometimes we don't have it... and we just have to push forward. Our determination becomes our motivation.
My next "big" goal will be when I reach the "overweight" range with my BMI. Right now I'm still obese, which seems silly. I certainly don't feel obese, but I'll just be excited to be that much closer to my healthy BMI.
