Same old story, weight the same, however my eating was somewhat better.
Got in the water, finished Day 327 of the exercise streak.
I am getting to bed by 11'ish, but I still need to get to bed earlier. Like tonight, I'm nodding off in front of the computer...
One of my goal board goals is to finish my cardio by 9 p.m., which I have done most nights. That has helped with my getting to sleep.
So I'll go with the same goals for the next week to close out the month.
Better nutrition -- more freggies
Staying within the calorie range
Continue drinking my water
Continue at least 10 minutes of exercise a day
Get to bed before 11 p.m.
