Need more time

I must be misplacing my time because it seems to be going so fast and I never have enough of it. I have so many projects to do and they all seem to take huge chunks of time that I just don't have. I managed to complete one project at the level I'm satisfied with but the other two are in serious question. My stress level is sky-rocketing again and it's starting to affect my eating and exercising.

School is winding down for the semester so, of course, all the final projects are due at the same time. I am not a procrastinator when I only have certain times to work on my stuff but I'm having to take time from my exercise and sleeping blocks to have enough time to work on things. (Why is it that projects always take longer than anticipated?)

I've lost the streaks I've had going for exercise, water drinking and sleep time. The eating breakfast is fine. In fact, this week I've had breakfast at home every day so I've saved money and made healthier choices. It's time to change that goal, re-assess the others and commit to some for this week so here goes:

1) Drink 8+ cups of water per day emoticon
2) Sleep for at least 6 hours per night emoticon
3) Pack lunch/dinner for at least 3 days this week emoticon
4) Stretch every night before bed emoticon

Goal 3 is brand new and replaces breakfast eating which will continue as a habit. Goal 4 is a specific way to get 10 minutes of exercise per day.
