Slowly but surely !!

Just a small loss this week, about 1.25 pounds but enough to put a smile on my face !! The downside was that when the dog woke me at 3.45am (Thunderstorm)!!, I couldnt go back to sleep for thinking about getting on the scale,s. Why oh why do I let them rule my life!!! I,ve been watching my portion control, my biggest problem, and doing my walking so theoretically I should have a loss. It,s going to be a long day...Enjoy your,s x emoticon

    Yay! That 1.25 pounds = 4,375 calories NOT eaten or calories burned or a combination of the two. THAT'S A DARN LOT!
