Today was a success. My intermittent fast was 16.25 hrs long. I ate 1900 cal. I burned 470 cal exercising: 20 min 1.1 mile walk 3.3 mph (80 cal) + 30 min elliptical hard effort (210 cal) + 36 min weight lifting (180 cal)--- 18 sets / upper and lower body / no rest between sets / hard effort / high weights w low to moderate reps.
