First blog about first week back and loving it

I finally came back to Spark and waited way too long to do this! I had a huge weight gain from where I had gotten down to when I was active here several years ago and my health was declining after I had gotten into great shape last time so I am really determined to stick with this and not backslide like that ever again!
It's been a great week here- I went from probably less than 2,000 steps a day for several months to 4,000/5,000/8,000/9,000 and hopefully 10,000 today! I have tracked all my food and stayed in range faithfully (haven't gotten to 8 cups of water though yet, but close) and I have gotten back to all my old teams and friends and even a new team. The great rewsult of this week was a 3 1/2 pound weight loss! My mood is much happier and I am more motivated today than I was the day I decided to come back. I know I can do this and I really appreciate all the help and encouragement everyone gives here. Hopefully I can keep a regular blog going here with great updates!
