Do you love day to day history?

Not sure how to title this one, best I could do. This is sort of a sad, nostalgic video link. About an old farmstead. I love to see places like this one. They are quickly disappearing. At least part of this one will be kept to see somewhere.

Oh, but think of the dreams, the lives that were lived there. It has such meaning. It makes me feel nostalgic, and yes, sad, but also makes me wonder what that house, that barn has seen. We all get old, but oh, the lives we've lived!!!

In answer to your question, I guess not. I got to about six minutes into the video and I had to turn it off. It was very depressing looking at the old, run down house.

I really enjoyed the video. I live in Oklahoma, so some of our history is not really that old. We became a state in 1907, which makes us fairly young. Yet, before statehood there is still a lot of history and I really like finding places that come from a bygone era. Thanks for the video.
